Refund Policy

  1. Once a camper is signed into camp on the Sunday of his or her session there will be no tuition refunds.
  2. If a camp session is canceled at any point prior to the session start date then refunds will occur, but a $150 processing/administrative charge will be subtracted from the $500 tuition payment made.
  3. For scholarship families – if your family does not receive the amount requested (up to $350 can be requested) – then your $150 family scholarship contribution will be refunded.
    1. But if the camp session is canceled once your enrollment has been secured (I.e., submission of the registration form, payment of the scholarship and your family contribution, and submission of the medical form) then the $150 family scholarship contribution WILL NOT be refunded.
    2. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
  4. If your camper has a medical reason confirmed by a doctor’s note or a positive COVID test (see below) for not attending camp then you will receive a $350 refund but the $150 processing/administrative charge will be assessed.
    1. If your camper receives a positive COVID test on the camp mandated test conducted within 72 hours of arrival then you will receive a $350 refund.  This test must be sent to the Camp Nurse.
    2. If your camper receives a positive COVID test and/or is deemed a close contact of someone who has then he or she must quarantine for 10 days.  If the ten-day quarantine is over prior to camp beginning AND if your camper exhibits no symptoms then he or she can attend camp.  If your camper is still under quarantine or is symptomatic then they CANNOT attend camp and a $350 refund will be given.
  5. If you cancel your secured spot for a non-medical reason then no refund will be provided.
  6. No exceptions will be provided to this refund policy.
